Laboratories
HIGH LUX provides also laboratory equipment for the production lines.
In the Fluorescent Laboratory, the phosphor mixture according to the desired light colour is processed with distilled water and organic binders to the fluorescent suspension for the Coating Machine. Among others, stainless steel containers, stirring and screening equipment and special measurement equipment are applied. Furthermore HIGH LUX delivers the whole measurement technique for the production supervision and for ensuring the lamp quality (Quality Laboratory)
- An adapted assortment of measuring instruments and checking gauges is available for the production quality checking on every manufacturing level.
- Cabinets for lifetime testing / switch stability testing – for testing of the life time of lamps and other parameters according to IEC 60969 and for testing the switch stability of the lamps.
- Measuring of all lamp parameters conforming to standards. Using the Ulbricht’s sphere luminous flux, light efficiency, colour temperature and colour rendering are determined.

On the basis of the delivered quality management system the certification of the entire production according to the ISO 9001 can be successfully completed without any problems and in the shortest time.
